Before you buy a screen for your home theater be sure to put your projector through a projection calculator and measure the distance that your projector will be away from the screen. Be sure to put in the correct aspect ratio for example 16:9. For example a 45” x 80” screen is 45” high by 80” wide. The diagonal measurement will be 92” which means the measurement from corner to corner of this screen. Your projector’s throw distance capabilities will determine the size of your screen based on how much distance that you have to work with.
